Effect:
When you put this creature in the battle zone, look at the top 3 cards of your deck. If any of them are spells, you can choose to do one of the following: Return a creature in the battle zone to its owner's hand, destroy a creature in the battle zone that has blocker or tap 2 of your opponents creatures. Then put them under your deck in any order. If there are no spells in those 3 cards, then put all 3 of them into your graveyard and tap this creature.
Flavor Text: "I am not Under, I am not Blunder, but I am FLOUNDER!
This creature mainly focuses on early support, mainly for rush-aggro decks.
Btw, Captain Flounderpants' name is derived from the book "Captain Underpants" by Dav Pilkey. Captain Underpants has an enemy called Captain Blunderpants. Understand the flavor text now?
